These terms are a plain-language starting point for counsel. DOMFOP is not the registrar. The seller says they have the right to sell, the account is theirs, and the name is not stolen or already in a dispute.

A successful charge opens one escrow balance on that order. Ops moves it to the seller wallet after the fee, or zeros it and refunds the charge. The payment gateway does not hold escrow or pay the seller.

If a charge is reversed after the wallet is credited, DOMFOP reverses that credit while the funds are still in the wallet. Money already withdrawn is not pulled back from the seller’s bank.
